I've tried several times to contact Tasca Parts about specific parts, each time I just get a "I'll have to get back with you." Several months later and they haven't "gotten back to me." If they could give me a response I'd be inclined to give them some buisness, but that doesn't look like it'll happen anytime soon.

hmmm, I just ordered some parts from Tasca. They were prompt with answering emails and all. I've had no problems so far.

Josh did inform me that when I had originally emailed him, it took a little longer than expected to respond because they were doing a 2 day complete inventory of their warehouses.

Dude, seriously your experience is not the norm if this happened. I have ordered from them 6 or 7 times with shipping to Canada and always has been excellent and timely. I hope you get your issue rectified.

They never did call me back after I left messages yesterday, but they did decide to answer the phone this morning finally. They stated they had the parts now and would overnight them to me so hopefully they come through in the end. I'll make sure if I ever order again their not in the critical path of my build. It's hard to beat their pricing so if I have time to wait I guess I would order from them again. Based on the feedback here my situation is the exception not the rule with them which is good news since it's hard to swallow the prices at the dealership in some cases.

I've been buying from Tasca since about 05. I will say this, on occasion over the years ive gotten a couple items that looked like they were clearance items or returns but whenever I had a problem though they'd fix it and send a replacement before me even returning my item.

They have the best pricing so I will continue to buy from them but sometimes now when i call i do get a tiny attitude like I'm bothering them. It was better when Domenic was running things.

Overall I've had good experiences. Only one issue, but they corrected it.

This has been my experience dealing with Josh. I tried for weeks/month to get some folding mirrors to no avail!! I finally gave up that dream and have since thought it better to not do that mod.

Thanks for savin' me some cash Josh!

I try to find the proper P/N and order direct, but that is not always possible. BTW, they do have the best prices, but there a couple others that are very close; so there are some other choices.

I've ordered a cpl of things from them without too much hassle, but I prefer rockauto.com as they are cheaper on most parts. Also several people sell ford motorcraft parts on ebay for a decent price (IWE's for $110 shipped).
Recently I tried to order underhood insulation from Tasca for my truck and they wanted to know how many clips I needed, I told them This is the initial installation so I don't know. I asked them how many I needed and they said "we don't know" and they didn't find out for me. So I found the item I needed on ebay with the clips for $22 cheaper.

Sorry about your experience...

I just ordered from Tasca online on the 18th and I had the part in hand on the 25th. Couldn't ask for much more than that.

Tasca Parts IWE's $83.00 + $10.00 shipping

Just to update, in the end Tasca came through with the correct part. One week later than I was originally told but otherwise the price was right and I got what I needed. I just could have done without the magically lost order and lack of call back or not answering the phone during business hours. I'll give them a try again in the future when time is not critical.
