Glad to hear your issue got resolved.

I'm currently trying to remedy a situation where they sent my part to a different address then what was on my invoice!

I've ordered from them before and this is my first negative experience. Not cool but if it all gets resolved I won't be sour.

Hurricane Irene has caused them some issues. Hopefully they get back to normal like many unfortanate people in Irene's path.

I thought about ordering new emblems from them at one point because they had the best price until I saw the shipping cost to be the same cost as the part so I found them cheaper on Ebay with free shipping.

I have to say that I recommend http://www.silverstatefordparts.com after having used both Tasca and these guys now. SilverState had the best prices on every item I compared them on. Those who love Tasca will continue using them. I'm happy they got me the correct parts even though they weren't on time. I'm sure if I order often enough from either I would have an issue at some point. They all have there issues from time to time. It just sucks when it happens to you.

I am willing to try any new sources for parts but their price on the '09 tow mirrors is $10@ more than Tasca and $8 more for both pieces of the hood cowl. Too bad...

Don't forget to compare shipping cost - and whether they charge you sales tax or not.

to be fair to tasca, something like a shift lever that they may not keep regularly in stock, they have to order from Ford, so it can take a week - 10 business days before they get the part in their stock before shipping it out.

^^THIS...when i ordered my Harley valance i checkout then called with a invoice number, and they checked and told me roughly how long it would take for them to get from ford and then ship to me, and yes it's hard to get through to them most of the times they do not answer the phone, but it's a give or take situation shopping on-line is never like in-store

I've e-mailed Josh a couple of times in the last few weeks, and never got a response. Are there any other online OEM parts suppliers that come highly recommended?

i've dealt with Tousley Ford Parts, their site is almost identical to Tasca's. They're located in Minnesota, which makes shipping cheap and quick for me.
