Interesting.... I think it is in Kentucky.

Looks kinda motorcross-related. Probably someone who tried their hand at graphics-design and failed.

More like someone who had no idea what they where doing when designing a truck... It's a misguided mess at best. losing the dumb stickers would be a 50% improvement.
