I just bought my own honeycomb grille this morning, will be doing the swap once the grille gets here

Just never have liked the H-bar grille, personally.
If you hadn't ordered your honeycomb grille already I would have traded you and we each cover the cost of shipping. I'm the opposite, I love the H-bar, but am not a huge fan of the honeycomb.

Lemme know if you want pics of the H-bar and I'll PM them to you. If you like the grille, I'll be willing to sell (I would check on shipping prices before quoting, but it shouldn't be over $30). Lemme know.

To be honest, we did break some tabs off getting the H-bar loose from its surroundings, that's why I offered to send pics, to have you be sure if you wanted it....

Getting my Dad just to buy the grille was an uphill struggle lol

The only two mods he has done to his truck is this grille and adding a Chrome Edition badge (his IS a CE, but they didn't have a badge on it when he bought it). Other than that, he says his truck is perfect

Nice thread .... and long ....

Guess I need to catch up

Bought my 08 Redfire Lariat a little over a year ago.
Mods so far are listed in my sig.

Most recent: Leveling kit, new tire & wheel package 2 weeks ago and front 20% tint to match the rest last week.

A couple pics before the tint.

Lol and mine hates Billets

His truck is often one of the better looking ones on the lot, when he takes it in for service...maybe he has a point...

Power washed all the salt off today... The POR-15 paint I used on the frame is holding up great!

Removed my tow mirror skull caps this morning and broke my passenger mirror glass in the process. Dropped mirror caps off at the painter and purchased a new mirror glass at Ford.

Sad part is the new mirror glass cost more then the cost of the paint work.
