yesterday installed a gas door hinge. the spring broke on the hinge and threw away the whole assembly including the door last year. didn't realize the door was separate. now looking for a tan door.
replaced side view mirror glass. installed some running boards that's been sitting for the last 2 years. Didn't have the hardware and found some on CL today.
degreased my engine. looks much better in some areas. bought a can of junk for 4 bucks at Autozone. sprayed the engine down at a local car wash. rinsed with the setting on low pressure.
bought some wheel cleaner and just like the others didn't make much of a difference on my aluminum-polished wheels. I'm gonna have to get some polish, drill, and polisher.
might be able to get a tail light to replace the cracked one tonight.
missed out on a deal on a hood in my area.
tomorrow will look for a body shop to iron out some dings and dents and possibly a new paint yob.

bought and installed a factory taillight.
polished my rims. it had so many layers of oxidation it was ridiculous. first time to do it in a couple years. Went through a can of Mother's polish for 2.5 wheels. When the brake dust and gunk was removed it was a shiny haze. Then after more and more and more polishing it really brightened up. I tried the polishing ball but it didn't work for crap. I'm gonna experiment with scotch guard and wax as a seal/protectant. before and after pics...
I wasn't able to finish so I'll do that tomorrow and work on getting concrete off my body.
