It really depends on your driving habits....
Check your owners manual, that will have all the info.

Owners manual X2 ^^.

I'd use the Severe Service categories - most folks who live in urban areas and use their trucks like trucks (not garage queens) fall into this group.

If it were my truck? You should have changed yer fuel filter at least twice by now. Rear diff fluid. Pan drop, tranny filter change/refill at the minimum. Coolant. 4 years = time to R&R the brake fluid. Lube that dang emergency brake system! Clean the MAF. Air filter. Battery health. Change the headlite bulbs - they do dim over time. Tire rotations. Check brake pad wear... and so forth ....

As for plugs - well, you should read up on those here. Again - to save yerself some potential grief later perhaps replace them now, following the latest TSB. Your chances for success go down the longer you wait. Just my view - there are other opinions on this ...

Here's some linkies for ya from a quickie search. Not all are immediately relevant, but you get the idea. You have relatively low miles so some stuff can wait, but it's a good mindset to have....

... I think the plug info is in that pile somewhere too, lol. If not, I'm sure someone can supply same ( or you can go looky yerself, lol)

Then there's the paint lol !
