50,000 Mile Maintenance?

I've received a couple e-mails from the dealership regarding a 50k maintenance that needs to be done. Honestly, I've never had a vehicle with this low miles so I'm not sure what may or may not need to be serviced yet. Is there a list anywhere? The gentleman from whom I purchased the truck took amazing care of it so it's not abused (and I haven't thrashed it either in the four months and five thousand miles since I bought it.)

I'm sorry if it's very obviously posted somewhere and I just didn't see it, but I'd like to see what's on the "list" so I can whether I actually need to bring it in or if it's mostly stuff I can do.

Thanks, guys!

Go to the Ford Service website and look it up by vehicle. Or, go to the dealership. They all have it on a wall sized poster in the service bays.

Wow- didn't realize it would be that easy to find. Thanks, man.

I think I can handle changing the engine oil, checking my tire wear/pressure, and performing a basic multi-point inspection.

If the fuel filter hasnt been done it would probably be a good idea to do it as well.

Transmission should be drained and filter replaced every 30K miles, along with the fuel filter. Differentials are way inside thier maintenance period at 50K miles.

On mine I also changed the brake fluid and coolant. Although the coolant us "supposed" to be good for 100K, it does weaken over time. Always refill with the original ford gold coolant. The brake fluid almost always will get moisture in it over time. Both can be tested with test strips kinda like litmus paper.

Try www.motorcraftservice.com then look up owners guides. Select your year, model and the particular document you want to look at.

You can get them from genuineservice.com too. Under "Glovebox" at the top, select Maintenance Schedule and enter your vehicle details. Same thing, just a different way to get it.
