No tickets. Been pulled over three times, and had the struck searched once. no tickets. i generally put them down though.

i was on the phone when i said that^^^^

Okay i have been pulled over three times, one for speeding, two for passing in a double solid lane, third for no seatbelt. Didnt get a ticket for all of those, reason being, first one i was on my way to school and his son went to same school, second was because i had my girlfriend with me and he was pretty cool, third one he asked to search my truck. usually id say no but i didnt want the seatbelt ticket and at the time i didnt have anything to hide.

and yes im located right between orlando and tampa, right down the street from fantasy of flight.

I have never had anything said about the tint. and it is dark lol.

So I've read every link I can find. Will ANY 194 bulb work in the maps? or is their a size I need to search for as well?

what does 194 refer to exactly?

I want to replace:

- Map Lights
- Back Seat Dome Light
- Bed light (Think referred to as 3rd break light)

I somewhat understand that 194's are for maps and 578's are for domes. But I don't understand anything else. I've read and searched all I can. I know I want very bright lights so I'm going to use:

6000kelvin

I notice that v-leds has soo many options it hurts my head. What is the last code:

"2 HID WHITE 6 LED LIGHT BULBS 194 168 158 2825 W5W s"

What is W5W s?

Will these:
http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/C...-p4481133.html

work the exact same as these:
http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/C...-p4481039.html

Does the size matter? or are all 194's the same size and all 578's the same size?

Thanks

I would avoid the first set, they are straight out directional shooting. You will want a little bit of side beam too for the chrome inside to help elluminate well. I've measured a bit and these will fit the map lights, i'm going with these, I suggest you do too

I went with Auto Lumination for my exterior links due to my dissatisfaction with superbrightleds products. I have the 921 cargo lights in my truck.
Can be bought here,
http://autolumination.com/906.htm The first ones shown, 18LED 921s

And are viewable here. Cool Whites, look more blue than what they actually are.

And a LED - stock pic.

Can someone point me in the direction to a DIY for interior lighting AND license plate lights replacement? I did a forum search but came up empty. Thanks!
