I wanna know how you used those fan blades on the truck.

Can you crawl under and give us a pic of the CV angles?

how is the ride? the new shocks any better than OEM?
Somehow I knew you would not like it. So far I've driven to work and back and the ride seems just like stock FX4 shocks.

Whats the difference between lowering an FX4 and a regular 4x4? NONE Most 4x4's never go offroad anyway, mine doesn't. Does yours? Besides I'm not seventeen anymore and I don't need to impress the girl in my algebra class, so why would I go out a drop 3 large or more on a lift, wheels and tires just to impress people. But I do have a wife who is only 5' 5" and has some medical issues that made it hard for her to get into my truck at the stock height. So by lowering it some it's easier for her now, but the step tubes still have to stay.

I think the reason I got 3" is because my truck is a 4x4 and they sit higher than a 2wd does, and they probably measured them on a 2wd truck. Belltech states in the instructions that with no rings you will get a 2" drop, 1 ring = 1" drop, 2 rings = no drop, 3 rings = 1" lift.

If your interested, the part # is 25001BLT for the lowering shocks, they also make a set for 0-2" lift under # 25002BLT. They are 99.99 each a stylin concepts.

I don't see the point of lowering a 4x4, but it looks damn good!

Where did you get that FX4 badge on your tailgate?

I think its dumb to spend the extra money on the off-road package just to render it useless with a lowering kit but its ur truck and you can do whatever u want with it. I think u should lower the rear more to make it level and lose the fx4 stickers since there is nothing off-road about it anymore. looks good though

Looks sharp, lower the rear another inch or bring the front up a inch.. If you dont four wheel then 4wd is only a bonus theirs no reason not to drop it..X2 on removing the FX4 side decal (tailgate one is nice n should stay) My truck is 2wd and lowerd and im sure ive been though more mud then most the 4X4s on this site..

Dont say you cant fourwheel just cause ur lowerd
