you can't get one of those "old" style spacers from them anymore. looks like you were a victim of R&D on the road
I've had my tires fully stuff and fully drooped since the install. there has not been any contact or noise. as long as you get the offset spacer, you're fine.

In the day and age where information is king, and it spreads like wildfire, ANY business that has competition, cannot afford to provide anything less than stellar customer service.
I own the Autospring offset leveling kit, and am very happy with it. But if I got the kind of reply from them that you did, I would do the same as you. That hasn't been the case. I have had nothing but good service from them.
The Hellbent spacer does look good, and it looks easier to get a socket onto to get your torque right on the coil over assembly. If I had it to do over again, I might have gone with that, or Top Gunz Customz spacers had I read your replies first...
To be honest though. You are the only person I have ever seen post anything even remotely negative regarding Autospring, and every business is going to tick off a couple of customers. Some people just can't be made happy... So it is Autospring giving lousy customer service, or a pain in the tail customer? I don't know, I am not going to take sides. Just offering possibilities.
Perhaps you can post your correspondence with Autospring and let folks see what you are talking about.
