Skyjacker AAL

Just curious how pleased everyone is that has added a Skyjacker 1.5" AAL to their truck?

Any problems?

How noisy are they?

Best place to buy the Skyjacker 1.5" AAL?

Is the AS 1.5" AAL a better way to go since it has the teflon ends?

Thanks.

Has them since 2/06. They creak sometimes but some wd-40 quiets them up for a few months. Great cheap mod, I'd do it again, however I would advise the 2.5" auto spring up front over the 2" like I went with, there is still plenty of rake.

Mine was noisy, but I pit a piece of rubber where it was squeaking and no more squeak. Function was flawless. It's off now though.

AAL is sold. The rubber and AAL are on another member's truck now. I sold mine for $30.

I haven't had an problems with mine. Then again it is "Stealth Modified" it will make the ride a little harsher you only really notice it going over speed bumps.

I noticed a difference in the quality of ride when I put my pro comp AAL on, it's much stiffer now. Do you think it would help to put some longer shocks than when came with our pro comp kits? We did extend the length by 1.5 inches.. plus these shocks aren't the best. Do you think some extended bilstens would do the trick?

What made you decide to sell it?

I think he just got bored, he went the opposite direction. It's slammed on bags now, right Stealth?

Best, I guess that could be an issue but honestly I don't think it is because I still have lots of flex.

No, stock front 2" GF shackles in back. I'm a 2wd.
