Yeah but I was just wanting to see if anyone else had purchased one for cheaper, it never fails I would go and buy it and then someone would say that you can get them for $20 elsewhere.

You have an 06, it will not fit. The opening on the 06 was changed a little so the GAP will not fit. Don't know if they made one for the 06 up yet.

 

I've had a GAP for nearly two years now... I got it directly from Abbott Effects -- which is who makes the part.

Once you pay $40 for it and actually see the part, you'll be disappointed that you have that much $ in it but, it's a DEFINITE improvement over the stock 'step' hole.

Yeah, I have been looking for their web site off and on today too. No luck. Looks like what is being sold is what they have in stock.

If you are looking for one for your truck, what they have will fit an 05. It just won't fit 06 and up.

 

way back when i bought mine, it was sold only thru eBay. i love mine. the fit and finish looks like it should have always been there from the factory.

... and like what was said before once you see what it is, that +$40 (including shipping) will hurt your feelings.
