I just wanted to add that I like the interior of the Titan, not as much as the F-150 but they're a really close call for me, except I think my leather seats are more comfy than theirs. But I might have to say that I'd give the Titan's interior a step higher.
Does the Titan have power rear seat windows in their supercab?
5.6L: you get a faster engine for sure, but you also get 10mpg on premium and you need to fill up more.
5.4L: less hp and torque but you can get a large gas tank (35.7 gal) which is convenient for me and I get 19mpg average.
Titan's got bad handling, might have to do with the frame n all that crap that the F-150s on top of already.
When I drive at higher speeds in my F-150 and make sharp turns there's less body lean and it feels stable.

I think there's no way of arguing about this subject tho, I chose the F-150 over the Titan because when the new style F-150s came out, they were the most badass truck around.

Heres another troll!!

I have owened 2 Chevys 1 a Z71 and one Ford F-150 and I can tell you my preference. When I say my I mean my not everybody on here. I bought the Titan because I got tired of all my (american!!) made trucks giving me trouble. The Chevys just don't last. Two trans and countless eletronics whent out on them. The Ford no power and water leaks in the windows and mine sounded like the doors were going to fall of every time I shut them.

Now as of now I have about 10,000 miles on my Titan and have not had to go to the dealer yet for something I have not done. I look forward to driveing when I go somewhere. I never looked forward to driving before. the truck is awsume and I would by another in a heart beat. Now is it like this for all people (NO). My friends all hace Z-71's and will never buy anything but. There are yall ford oweners that love your trucks. But dont talk bad about another till you own one.

As for as the Ford they are to me the best looking truck on the road. But the Titan is a close second. When you take the grill off of the two trucks they are hard to tell the difference in. Alot of people say that the Titans are trash and never even driven are seen inside one. The are great trucks. Will they out last my othre trucks time will tell but it is on a good start.

Plenty of passion, but slow down next time. Oh, that's right, those Titan's are so darn fast, I forgot. Maybe if you drove one of these slow F150's, you'd have time to check spelling, smell the fresh air, and enjoy the ride....haha, just pulling your leg.

No, but it's standard equiptment on the Crew Cab which is optional on many trucks.

The Titan does not require premium. The factory recommendation is regular fuel. Dodge is the company that wants midgrade fuel. Fuel economy has already been discussed. There is no backing to your mileage claims on the Titan. Yes, the F-150 does have a larger tank.

Why the hell are all these Titan guys joining a F-150 site???? This is a Ford forum to talk about Ford trucks, not Nissan's! If you Nissan boys wanna talk about the Titan, do so in a Nissan Forum, not join a F-150 site to talk about it! Were going to have so much troll activity now with all these trolls joining this forum.

I for once test drove a Titan and hated every last bit of it. The Interior is very cheep, Styling is very butt ugly, and I felt like a girl driving around in a Nissan as a truck. Nissan and truck do not go well together at all, very embarrassing to put those two together, let a lone drive in one.

Once again, this is a FORD forum.. go away trolls!

Here's your answer to the performance issue: http://detnews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/art...609120382/1148

The last two paragraphs: "

Ford engineers are also at work on a new Hemi-fighting V-8 engine expected to debut in the next generation of Ford F-150 pickups that go into production in 2008.

Originally dubbed the "Hurricane," that name was scuttled in the wake of the Katrina disaster. It is now known as the "Boss."
