I did notice I'll have to find some way of securing the positive batter cable as it's hooked to the fan shroud....

No Just got the fans!!! I am going to install them this weekend, after the dealer does the rear again!!!

That is the switch i picked up, The Switch can be mounted almost anywhere , you only have to drill a small hole.

I am also going to make a shroud (I don't like the ziptie idea, looks cheap)

I also got the pulleys in, so it will be a fun weekend!

I Have not looked at the Batt. Cable

PS--- the weather proof(?) fuse holder is not the best, so i am going to replace it before install!!

I will take pics of how it all go together!

Looks like you're first. Don't forget the pics!

My fans have made their way to Illinois. Still 2-3 days until I get mine.

Well got the fans installed, only trouble was getting the fan off and finding the AC wire. You should use the pulley puller it works alot faster and the AC wire for some reason wasnt getting power with the tester it took about 3hours total to install and its pretty simple nothing to complicated. So far all i have noticed is throttle improvement i havent been able to get on it.Feel free to ask ???s sorry i dont have a camera with me.

You need a pulley puller? Or do you mean the fan puller? Where did you tap into the ignition circuit?

oops sorry fan puller I have an aftermarket remote start /locks system i tapped into under the steering wheel to a pink wire i believe, i also had to use some spare wire to do that. my truck is an 04 4.6L just incase the wiring is different.

You really dont need to worry as soon as i put the fan puller on and gave it agood pull in the right direction it came off, i woudnt bother trying to use wrenches or anything i tried for thirty plus minutes and didnt get any where, took a quick trip to autozone and got a fan puller

My fans still havent shipped. I was told today they might ship by the end of the week. That would be great. Any good wiring diagrams for the dual controllers and manual LED switch?
