Video Smoking a Titan
Those numbers are pretty helpful, I'll see if I can decipher them for you.
R/T Wins races, but does not affect your ET. A lower R/T will not lower your ET, your ET begins when you cross the strarting line.
60ft is the time it takes you to go 60feet, this time is pretty crucial to a good run, because if you spin alot off the line your 60ft time will be high, or your vehicle might not spin and simply be a slug off the line(like mine :o )
The next of the markings are simply in feet, both 330 and 1000. The 1/4 mile is 1320ft, so the 1000mark is nearing the end.
Of course you can figure out 1/8mile and 1/4mile markings, the 1/8mile is just the half way point.
Also, temperature and elevation have all to do with ET'S. A 15.9 in 40* temps might get you a 16.5 or so on a hot day. The point is to try to get your ET'S down in heat and base your numbers off of that. And MPH tells you how much HP you are making(or getting to the wheels) while your ET is mostly representative of the torque the engine is making. I can see you are running around 85mph, and if you had you approx race weight you could calculate your general HP engine output.

Looks photoshoped to me.

But instead you mock grammar and common sense statements. Nice job bro.
You lack the disciplinary skills to stay focused or even merely stay on topic. Rather than take a counterposition and back up your logic, you resort to childish jabs and personal shots (which inevitably hold no water). These are all observations that anyone here can see from your own posts, you've provided the evidence. Why don't you trying this... Actually READ someone's post to determine what their position may or may not be. Once you have ascertained whether you concur with that position or not, then post some construction of intelligent thoughts, preferrably in a logical manner, to support your position. Do not resort to immature personal shots, but stay on the topic. Challenege their reasoning, and not something to do with that person (of which you clearly know nothing anyhow because this is an online venue). Then, maybe people might take you seriously (then again, maybe not, we'll see)

Now, a modded 5.4 to a stock Titan is not apples to apples. Why? The Ford didn't come from the factory that way...the Titan did. Who wins the race? Don't know, (don't care), but I'm sure it depends on the mods. I don't doubt the video at all, but I don't think bragging about a modded truck beating a stock truck is something to beat your chest over. It's like saying "Hey, my 10 year old can beat the snot out of your 4 year old! Take him down Johnny Boy!! You can take that toddler out!! Blacken both his eyes!!"
Face it: Stock, the Ford's are no speed demon (personally, mine is fast enough, but I'm not a speed freak)...the Titan's are. Modded, well, that's a different story, but it isn't an apples to apples comparison when you take a modded Ford against a stock anything.
This thread is sort-of entertaining though.

Here is the race I would like to see.
Both trucks with CAIs, tuners and cat back systems. Close as possible gear ratios, same size tires and same configuration (4wd, 2wd, screw, scab ..........) Then add enough weight to the titan to bring it up to the weight of the F150. Now that would be apples to apples. It would then be a contest of powertrains and drivers. In that race my money is on the Ford!

05SilverFx4, even just a tuner on both trucks would be apples, you have a good point. We're testing our trucks, not our engines so the weight thing is a bit unfair seeing as it was the way Ford designed the 150, and weight was a higher priority on Nissan's list. I think a fair race would be both trucks tuned, thats it. We have a handicap coming out of the factory.

Let's take both trucks (F150 & Titan), hitch up the MAXIMUM tow load according to each manufacturer's specs, fill both with a full tank of gas, and see which one falls apart first! We'll also take bets on how long each truck will last. It's anyone's ball game, but I'd make sure we got video of the Titan's rear end blowing to pieces within the first 200 miles.
Oh, and we're not using either of mine for the test...

and the F150 will vibrate the hitch right off the ball...
