I have!

And yes it does require modification to the exhaust to get it in.
I have a Borla Cat back setup.

Any pics? What did you have to modify to the exhaust?

When I install all of this I will also maybe make a bracket the sway bar can be attached to while not in use, if this is done copiuous amounts of pictures will be included.

I don't know why it would need to be disco'd.
The H2 does not do too bad with off roading, and it is not disconnected when doing this :

This is one serious Rear AntiSway bar, and on freeway ramps, the H2 hugs like mad. It actually does pretty damn good for a 8600 GVWR rig.

Last week, I called Belltech directly and they told me that they would not guarantee their 2WD rear sway bar will work on a 4wd. They have done no R&D on it as of yet.

Helwig is the only company that currenty promotes actually making a rear sway for '04-'06 4wd F150.

I could see how a DO straight out the back might need some modifications with the Helwig. You can see the factory run in this picture:

I can scan the complete instructions into a PDF and email them if anyone wants them. Drop me an email in my profile if you want to read through them prior to deciding on which one you want. BTW these arr the 4x2 instructions for the rear only. The Helwig P/N is 7663.

By the way, the arms of the Belltech bar mount forward of the rear end.
