Tread Wear/Factory Gdyr 18" AT-S Wrangler
My factory 18" BFG Rugged trails are almost gone and I'll have to buy new rubber by month end. My BFG's have gone 70,000 miles so far which I consider v good for a factory tire which did not have very deep tread to start with. I much prefer the look of the Goodyear AT-S. More square shouldered. I just wonder if anyone has enough miles on this particular 18" Goodyear to know how tread wear performance?

05 Screw 4x4 with 40,000 km's = 25,000 miles on Goodyears. They are at 10/32nds. I think they start around 15 or 16/32nds. So I would say they are about 1/2 gone at this point. They appear to be holding up half decent. Hopefully they will last till the first half of next year when Toyo is saying they are going to have our stock 18 inch size Open Country A/T.

I have 40K on my AT-S's and they will probably go another 10K, but that's it. I've been balancing and rotating every 8K miles, give or take a couple.
I beleive i'm going to go with the same Goodyears when I buy new, but only have to buy 3 new ones and use the spare since it's been un-touched, then use the best old AT-S as the new spare. These tires do awesome in the mud and have no road noise for a good All-Terrain.
