First off i'm not dissing nobody so don't get the wrong idea. Fordmandan nice video and again congrats on the SC. Now 15sec or even a 14sec 1/4mi supercharged truck is good, some day soon around january, I might pick up one, vortech most likely. But you do have to admit though that running a 14.9sec @91.4MPH 1/4mi Supercharged supercab truck is't to impressive, now im only comparing that to a crewcab titan that runs a 15.32 1/4mi @90.44 stock. Which means all the titan needs is a tuner and they can keep up or beat a supercharged F-150. Don't get me wrong, Ill never own a titan.........unless they can get 40 MPG um.........ahh maybe not.

Anyways, this is a video of my truck doing a couple drive by's, a burnout(which was crappy), and engine reving.

Roush Supercharged F150

This weekend I did a lot of racing and so far I have a video of me beating a modded eclipse and a modded accord. I have also raced a Eclipse Spyder GT, and absolutely killed it. I have raced two Titans (without camera) and they didnt even have a prayer. I am waiting for a hemi to pull up next to me. As for timeslips, I am taking it up to the tracks this wednesday. I will be recording my runs and I will let you know what times i get. My "kill" videos will be coming out later this month, once i compile and edit them.

ENJOY
I hate to join Asinatra, but I agree, from those videos it doesn't look like it's very quick, and the burnout is a bit weak, especially for a supercharged pickup. I just expected more, but then again I do not get to drive it, how does the added power feel in YOUR opinion, is it "neckbreaking" (compared to stock)?

And Hotboy, a tuned titan beating an S/c'd f150, I really can't see that happening, I'm going to be real pissed if it has some foundation :X

Josiah, I hate to be the parade stopper but come on just look at the numbers, that's all that counts. I don't care what brands you have or how much you spent or who installed it, it's all about the #'s. And a 14.9 sec 1/4mi supercharged f-150 supercab isn't to fast in my book if theres a competiter running 15.3 stock and it's a supercrew. I to hope the titan does't do to good with just a tuner and intake/exaust, against a SC'd f-150, but if the Xcal2 setup gives us 50-60HP and 70-80TQ which I read on troyer performance, and some one makes a same product for the titan im pretty sure there going to run 1/4mi faster than a 14.9.

From Troyer performance- The peak power gains are generally in the 57-65 horsepower range at the rear wheels, with torque increasing by anywhere from about 70 lbs./ft. to as much as 80+ lbs./ft.

Adamkc76- Here is where I got that numbers from.

I've seen those motortrend #'s before, if there is one thing that disappoints me about the f150, it's that I have to spend wayy more money to get my truck to keep up with a titan.

They must have had some IDEAL conditions for those runs. I have a buddy with a Titan with Banks catback and his BEST 1/4 mile time according to my Gtech was 15.8 @ 85mph. He followed that up about 15 minutes later with a 16.4 @ 82mph and his truck is just extended cab.

You can't compare times taken in different conditions. Temp and humidity can make HUGE differences in times.

hwm3 your right temp and humidity has alot to do with it, and yes you can't compare times taken in different conditions, and everybody knows that so I don't think Troyer, the people at motortrend or any company is going to test vehicles at the summit, in 100 degree wheather, or at any other stupid place that has high or low temps. I pretty sure they all tested them at reasonable places w/reasonable temps. Im on your said, but it does suck to see those kinds of #'s, like you said your buddy ran a 15.8 1/4mi, which is .9 sec slower than a SC'd F-150. Troyer says that with the Xcal2 we shave of 1.2-2.0 sec off of our 1/4mi, So like I said with a tuner, those titans are going to keep up or beat a 14.9 1/4mi.
