Several 'answers' for you ... several forum users have camera setups.

www.hitchcam.com ... would personally go for the FrameCAM in order to keep hitch free and clear for use, etc. Plus, this would help line up whatever you're about to hook up for towing.

Seach ebay for (hitchcam,framecam) and/or camera +(backup,back-up).

I got mine off of eBay. See my pixs for the install. There's a hole already in the steel bumper, just had to drill through the plastic cover. It's located just to the left of the license plate.

Speedwolf...I really like your camera install!!! I just found the seller and plan to buy one just like and copy your intsall (you would recommend that camera wouldn't you...have you had any problems with it?) How did you do the power wire for the camera...does it come on when your truck goes into reverse (triggered by the same wire that triggers your HU to show the camera image) or does it stay on when the truck is on? I thought about using the backup light wire....will that work? THANKS!

I was thinking of moving it up on the shell like the "UPS" trucks have it.

Looks like AKFX42004 got a few good replies on Ford Truck World as well ... for those who are also looking for back-up camera options, pics, etc.

That was one of my first mods . I used the receiver for mounting and it does not interfere with the hitch. Works well except for the outer corners of the vehicle. I've found it to be a great help.

I've read of some people hooking it up to the reverse lights so that it comes on when the truck is put in reverse. I wired mine all of the way up to the head unit, so it is on all of the time (use it when towing a trailer with my motorycle on it to check on it from time to to time). Either way will work. Eventually I'm going to install a small switch somewhere in the dash to manually turn it on when I want to and off otherwise.
If you're only going to use it for backing up, just wire it in to the reverse lights. If you want to use it at any time, wire it up to the head unit like I've done.
