check out my gallery...my truck has stock coils with a 1.5" skg aluminum spacer (i didnt like how the daystar one kinda squeezed out of the pocket and made the spring bow) plus doestch 3.5" spindles, its taller than both the the other guys trucks and my angles are MUCH closer to stock. It is an awesome setup that drives like it did bone stock. I never even had it aligned (although I prob should, it drives perfectly straight, my tires have always worn evenly, and do not look pulled in at all like a couple of those other trucks). I cannot believe that guy is running 4.5" of spring lift, that is horible on the entire front end and the uca is prob riding on the frame which means he has ZERO down travel and that truck would ride and drive like *****. Plus he prob has stock length shocks which means he is maxing them out as well, there is way more geometry involved in the front suspension and he is ruining the whole setup and not letting it all work together. It is simply the wrong way to do it and should not even be considered. I might end up selling my whole front end setup along with bilstein 5100 extended shocks sometime soon as I am looking to go full on Long travel suspension and wont need any of the stock style stuff anymore.

well lets look at the numbers...yours is right at 40.5" to the bottom of the fender...mines just over 41.5" to the fender so in my book thats an inch taller...also you have a tiny block in the back, I have a 3" block and my front still sits slightly higher (perfect in my opinion). My setup is an inch wider per side and I am running 34"x11.5" nitto terro graps with ZERO rubbing

Thanks alex, i def appreciate it!

yes you should because the 7 lug is in the hub/rotor assembly and not the spindle itself

thanks for the compliments guys, I did a TON of reading and researching on this site before finally deciding on my suspension setup and wheels & tires. I am very happy with the stance and especially the way the truck drives!

Here's a link to my gallery, ill try to add a few more pics soon as they are not all pics of the current setup.

https://www.f150online.com/forums/me...-2wd-scab.html

as far as the lift spindles fitting on your f250ld / 7700 series f150 Im not sure, jake is right that the hubs/rotor assembly is not part of the spindle BUT your truck runs different rotors (bigger I think) and possibly different size bearings, so IDK if your hubs/rotors will fit on the regular f150 snouts (the shaft pressed into the spindle that everything rides on.) I think you would have to pull your rotors off, measure and take pics and one of us with regular/lift spindles could let you know if ours are the same dimensions. Hopefully that helps

yea man but you just said it your running tires that are 1 inch larger then mine and i am willing to bet that yours will measure out to 33 while mine where 31.5 ....

true, but I just think you are too worried about making your truck as tall as possible and not thinking about how everything is working together, I know before I replaced my shocks you could feel my uca hitting the frame when the wheels would drop (coming off a curb or something) and that was only with a 1.5" coil spacer! with a 4.5" spacer the back part of your uca must be practically riding on your frame which means you have no down travel and you will get metal on metal when your wheel needs to drop down. I think I would get that spacer out of there asap, plus it will look better on your smaller tires, because they prob look small if yours is almost as tall as mine. If you want your truck taller Id run your coils with a lift spindle and if you dont already have a body lift then add that, but personally I think thats too tall for a 2wd 9-03 scab.

Anyways I hope the OP sees my pictures as I think I have the exact setup he wants for his truck and hopefully it gives him some ideas cause I know I looked at every single picture I could find on here of the different 2wd lift setups. I think mine is the best bang for the buck, drives great, and def has a good stance
