ha, the only way i'd think would be to remove them & then stick some sort of thin foam on each flap. the sound is of the air pushing them opening & then they close. when the plastic hits plastic, thats the flapping sound. was kinda annoying, but then i got a louder system so now i dont even hear em

Well, I think I'm only hearing it due to it being bare right now. I do know my friend has the same issue with his Ram 1500, even with a loud system he hears it flap on the outside.

Where did you get your suede from?

I got most of the roof and back wall covered, I'll probably touch it up a little more before i add the headliner and back plastic. I just have 1 question, do I need to remove the back plastic again to take out the floor carpet?

just a question. Could you just remove the flaps on the back wall and have it so it flows constantly?

Only issue I'd see with removing the flaps is water. I'll post pictures of what I've completed.

Got more of the roof and back wall done.

I'm going to try and put some padding on the back wall while at work along with spray painting some things.

Now, can I put my back wall carpet and plastic on and still be able to remove the floor carpet?

Does anyone have a Viper Alarm system? I've been told my truck isn't starting whenever I try to use the remote start due to the relay and I have no clue where that is. But, when it gives the command, you hear my truck try to start, and it wont. I go outside, put the key in and it starts perfectly.

Look what my puppy did while I was inside waiting for it to dry!

So, I went out to JoAnn Fabric, they didn't have suede, so I just bought some material and it'll be fixed soon.

you probably weren't looking in the right spot ha. it's in like the home section not the clothing fabric or auto upholstery types. it's mainly used for like curtains or w/e ya know. and im not sure what you mean when you're talking about ur alarm. when u say trying to start do you mean it just keeps turning over & wont crank? or the truck just wont crank. has it worked in the past, or is this a new system?

I asked, and they told me go to the decor section, then when I bought the headliner crap, she said 'no suede' and I said 'no, I couldn't find the black'. Plus they said they only sell micro-suede, same thing? As for the alarm, you hear it trying to start, like as if I was turning the ignition and hearing the cranking noise, but it just won't turn on. It works only when it's cold out, or once a day, ha. It's new, I got it back in February or so.

Did a lot of work today, and I took pictures of what I did before I put everything back on, but the wife took the camera.

I'm missing a TON of those plastic pins for the back wall, and forgot how the back wall plastics were put together, anyone have a picture of their back wall? Ha.

Still need done:
- carpet
- doors
- steering wheel
- radio bezel
- repair the visors
- center console
