Exterior lights staying on
Hey guys, I need some help before I start replacing parts.
I have a 07 F150 FX4.
When I leave the Multi function switch in Auto position and the lights turn on at night they will not turn off when I turn off the truck. The headlights, fogs, and taillights stay on..
What do you guys think it is or where can I start looking for the problem.
Thank you.

What modifications are on the truck.
- All, not just what you think might be associated with the symptoms.
Have you checked the VSM for damaged / "burnt" pins ?

Did you do the bambi mod ?
Straight away I see remove the Relay for the HID lamps, and retest.
- Also test it with and without the fog lamp position on the switch activated.
What are using using for the trigger and for + VDC on the amp ?

Auto lamps have worked for a year with the HIDs. I am running the Motocontrol from the retrofitsource meaning passenger side headlight plug is the trigger.
I did not do the Bambi mod as I don't want my fogs on with my highs (see my other thread I started)
Doesn't matter if my fogs are on or off the lights still won't turn off in the Auto position.

If you want to diagnose the problem, let me know.
If you want to use supposition instead of getting a meter out and doing the testing, good luck with that.

And like I said they do shut off but takes almost 5 minutes to do so where before it took like 30 seconds.
I can bring my multi meter from work and start probing connections if I know what connections to check please.
