Need to get new tires.....

Currently running Procomp Extreme All Terrains 37x13.5x20.. Like everything about them except the price.. Also looking at the Kumho Road Venture MT KL71 37x13.5x20 but dont know much about them... reviews are mixed on them... Would it be worth switching?? Any comments/suggestions are appreciated. 90% of my travel is highway

Thanks

Is that the MT or AT Kumho? I've read a lot of good reviews on the Kumho MT. I've only read a couple reviews on their AT's, but they have been positive.

Mt. They have no treadlife warranty. That's why I'm kinda iffy about them. They look sweet tho

All of the reviews that i've read about them seem to be pretty good. looks like the treadlife is on par with the toyo mt's. A buddy of mine had the 38's on his 05 and i was surprised at how smooth they rode.

How many miles did you get outta your Procomp XAT!?
The Kuhmo MT look great but they are HEAVY compared to other tires in teh same size!

For price / treadlife and quality I hear you can't go wrong with the Nitto Trail Grapplers!

I'm not impressed with the kumho.. When I got my 38x15.50's installed last week they offered me a kumho 38x15.50 for 50 bucks as a spare. It's at least an inch smaller in both width and height compared to my; and the tread design is a serious joke IMO.

The tire store first told me they had a guy flake out on the set of kumhos... In reality he returned them after finding out they had a terrible tread life and went with nitto mud graps.... Too bad the idiot replaced one crappy tire with another..

Thats kinda what I thought they wouldn't last long... I will probably get the procomps again...

I have 47000 on the tires, the guy who had it before me, I don' think he ever rotated the tires so 2 are done for and the other 2 have about 1/8" to 3/16" tread left

Ever considered toyo MT's? I got just about 60k out of my last set. That is why I stuck with them, plus I like the looks. They can be pricey though, I know all about that

Kumho MT's are a good tire. There is a guy here at the Tire Rack that has them on his truck and its a daily driver. He has had them on for about 2 1/2yrs and they seem to be doing quite well. Not a bad tire for sure.
