2000 1/4" wheel spacer question

I have a set of 1/4" spacers on the front for rotor clearance with my aftermarket wheels but they cracked in half so obviously I need new ones. However looking around now all I find is universal ones that aren't big enough bolt pattern wise and the ones that are are 6 lug for the new F150s.

So my question is where do I get a 1/4" for the 5x135mm bolt pattern?

I recommend not using spacers but having the correct offset to fit your application. But if you must you can try H&R Spring. (there is a reason they cracked)
