It really wasn't what I expected to be honest. I went 4 shades brighter and shoulda used more flake, it's next to unnoticeable. the color difference isn't too noticeable either, but I have nothing to compare it to previous colorwise on the truck. Overall I'm happy, just guess I expected more out of that too

how far do you think they will stick out past the fenders? My jeep throuw rocks, mud, tar almost anything down the sidwe of my jeep. The tires stick out a ways.

This way just driving through a field to unload the 4 wheeler

theoretically they should only stick out an inch further (inside and outside); so my tires stick out 1.5-2" past the flares right now give or take, and the flares do a good job of keeping the crud down. My main concern was the wider tire would spray the crud farther up on the truck instead of just the rocker panel area and the doors occasionally. With the 15.50's they would be about 2.5"-3" past the flares, not a drastic jump I guess.

anyone else think the toyo's develop a crummy ride towards the end of there life? It may be some other issue I'm unaware of yet, but the truck is rough while driving lately. I'm not down to the wear indicators yet on the toyos, but close..

PaulB, is your intake stock or aftermarket? I'm just wondering, I have a tune for both stock and my S&B and may try running the stock for a while to see if I can gain any mpg's.. I seem to be stuck at 10-11mpgs

I was hoping for the 18th but it does not look like that will happen, the 23rd looks best in my overworked schedule

I have the stock intake, a 3" magnaflow exhaust, and an edge programmer. I am consistently in the 12's for city driving unless I have been pushing it. Last time I went to Bear Lake I was in the 15's (approx 300 miles round trip), and that was with the bed loaded with camping gear.

I think I'll give my stock intake a go around with the after the tires go on to see if I like the way it drives with the PHP tune since I have not tried it yet. PHP said the drone from the S&B should be a little less with the larger tires since it would bring me closer to the accurate tire size/gear ratio; I should have gone with 4.56's in the first place :o

I also probably need to get the 4wd system inspected and look at all the wheel bearings since the ride is getting rough for no apparent reason...

My tires throw stuff all over the place. Everyonce in awhile a rock chip or something will fly up and hit my mirror pretty hard. I have some scratches on my truck and im not sure if all of them are from mudding in the woods.

I get some of that now too. I just did not want it to become a deal where it picks up everything on the road and flings it. The lugs are so much farther apart on the 15.50's I think it will mostly just sling gunk and occasionally hard objects, at least i hope

They might just sling bigger rocks since the lugs are farther apart!

yeah haha i can stick two fingers in between the lugs on my iroks and i have gravel hitting my roof after riding down a gravel road. i just take it easy until its all out. id get your truck checked out though, my toyos road very smooth towards the end i believe. the fronts were completely slick when i got my new tires.
