*** 2010 FX2 W/ 23" Silver Saleen Wheels w/ PICS and need help

Tell me what you think. I just put them on and still have the tire jelly on them. I am not very happy right now because the front wheels stick out a little bit more than I would want them too. I purchased the wheels in all 30mm offset after being told they would tuck, but it looks like I was screwed. Is there anything to do to help this problem, or do i just get used to it? I will end up dropping it 2/4 ground force package and will that help at all....doesn't seem logical that it would but people on here have said it a time or two.

i think it looks great

didnt the saleens come in 30 and 44 offset ? the higher offset would be more tucked in.

if anything put the wheels that stick out more , in the rear.

If someone is good with photoshop I would appriciate a quicky 2/4 drop to give me an idea. Not going to be able to get the drop for a month or two.

I wish I knew that before I bought them...I got these off of ebay for a great deal and had the option to buy the 30 44 set but chose these bc of the price...I guess that is what I get...I might see about trading someone if they have all 44s....anyone??

Sell the front 2 and order the other offset for the front, that's how its supposed to be.

Before you decide on a 2/4 lift wait until Saturday and I'll upload some pictures of my truck. I have the same exact truck as you and I'm having 2" GF drop shackles installed tomorrow and 22" Ford OEM (the Roush style) rims put on with 285/45/22 nitto 420s. Should give you a pretty good idea of what your truck would look like with the 2" drop considering its the same truck, color, and tire. If I forget private message me and I'll hook it up.

You can rotate your tires now at least. If you got the two different offsets you will not be able to rotate without having to take the tires off the rims.

looks ok to me. The Continetals had the best thread pattern though. I'm running 44 in the front and 30 in the rear (the way the came from Saleen) I don't care about rotation b/c I take the wheels off in the winter anyway

44mm front
30 mm rear

I looked at the continentals and I thought exactly the opposite. However this was my opinion.

Looks good to me. I'd look into getting some shackles for the rear to level it off until you buy the 2/4 drop.

I have the same exact tires. I love the Nitto 420S. Those things would stick to oil. I swear they are the best tire ever made! I have the ground force shackles too. I think you will be happier onces its dropped some. I love mine.

Pshatt01---I think your truck is SWEET!!!! It will only look better with the drop.

But you problem of the tires sticking out too much--Yes you could get different offsets for the front as others have suggested...but thats expensive.
Another SOLUTION may be to get some bushwacker fender flares put on your truck so the tires LOOK like they are tucked. Bushwacker I believe has a 4x4 product line as well as a street truck product line. I personally like the idea of being able to rotate my tires. If you went with the fender flares you'd be able to do that and still have the look you want---my opinion----hope this helps---DirtySCREW
