Biggest tires on stock rims

I have a 07 crew cab 4x4 2"AS level and 1.5"AAL with the stock Lariat 18s. Looking to go with a good AT tire such as a Terra Grappler. After reading on here, seems like I can run 35x12.50 on the stock rims but TGs don't come in that size. Also read that 315 and 325 was too wide for the stock rims, but if I'm calculating correctly 315/65r18 comes out to 34x12.4 and 325/65r18 is 34.6x12.8. So can I run these sizes on the stock rims or not? If not, whats the biggest metric size and inch sizes i can run? Thanks for the help.

A 325x65x18 is too wide for the stock wheels. Never heard of a 315x65x18. A 306x65x18 BFG AT or a 295x70x18 which I think is made by Nitto or Toyo would work out better. Just my 2 cent's!

I have a friend that mounted a set of 38.5x14.5x16 Super Swamper Thornbirds on old stock ford rims with help from a few friends... Its a mud truck so wont be on the road but it was doable. You could squeeze the wider ones on there just probably wont wear properly and may be a little unsafe.

Never take advice from someone who used Turdbirds.

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking 315/65 but they're actually 315/70R18. Sorry I got that confused. Looks like that's too big though, guess I'll go with 295/70R18. Wanted a little wider, but seems like EVERYONE has the BFGs.

Been running these for 10,000 miles with no problems on stock 18's and a Racho 4 inch lift…though the sidelugs could be a problem with stock rims and a leveling kit.

35 X 12.50

Do you think i could fit the 325 65 18 BFG All terrain on a 18 inch procomp rim that is 9 inches wide and has 5 inches backspacing. Right now i have bilstien front and rear shocks that level the truck 2 inch of hieght. What would i need to do suspension wise to fit around that size tire.

No, you will need to add a 3 inch body lift at a minimum to fit those. A 6 inch suspension lift would be better.
