2010 FX4 + Duratracs = Badass!

So I finally got my new tires on today! I decided to keep my stock wheels and just put on some new tires. I went with Goodyear Duratracs in a 295/65/18, and in my opinion they are the perfect match! My truck does have a 2" AS. Hope you enjoy!

I love my Duratracs, I have about 15,000 on them so far and dont have a complaint yet. Another member on here has been keeping his tread height as drives them and this is what he said, so Im thinking there gonna last a while.
I just tried to take a picture of my thread gauge on my Dura's but they all come out too blurry with the dark clouds overhead and flash. Have 14K on mine as well and show right below 16/32 depth at the center. That is only 3/32 tread lost at most. I figure I should get 60K out of mine. I've been checking my tread wear for awhile to adjust tire pressure as needed (front vs. back and center vs. side of tire). I've settled on 45 psi up front and 43 in the rear unless I'm hauling on a long trip.

I'm 99% pavement, put on 80 miles/day and would get them again in a heartbeat. I only got 33" tires for aftermarket wheels.

My cousin has BFG's on his truck and to me, these seem more aggressive on the side which I needed to help fill up the gap. He loves his BFG's, they are wearing really well also and he probably will get them again.

I'm getting 18.1 mpg on '09 FX4. But, I'm a lame *** on the highway, slow to start and glide all the way to a red. Otherwise, I will only pull around 15 - 16.

Whatever you do, don't drive south if you ever get black wheels and HD lights. I'll let you know when I'm up in the area for salmon
