36" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws

Ok I was planning on getting 35" tires but I've read so many people saying that they wish they would of gotten bigger tires I'm gonna go ahead and get some 36" Baja Claws. I want to get 18x10 Mazzi Hulks with a backspacing of 4.5". What do I need to do to get the 36's to fit.

Claws are good tires but there are better choices.

What year is your truck?

04+ (new body style)
You are going to need a 8" Lift. Just base line, you could go with other combo's but an 8-10" lift will clear them with no worries!

97-03 (04)
You can clear 36's with a 6" lift and torsion bars cranked, or you can go with a 6" suspension lift and 3" body lift! Im running 36's on stock wheels under my 3" BL but they are narrow tires and i plan to lift it more~!

I've got a 2005 4x4. So if I got a 3" BL I wouldn't be able to fit 36's?

We need a little more information. How wide are the 36's? The width/backspacing of the Hulks is gonna cause some problems. They are 10 inches wide with only 4.5 inches of bs.

im just gonna make this easy! No im an Old body style and with my BL and TB's cranked i got a tad bit more than 5" of total lift! My tires are mounted on factory wheels and they are very narrow, the tread measures 9" wide!

Ive never seen a narrow Claw so i think the best way for you to do this is with a 8" RIZE suspension lift.

OR

A 6" suspension lift with adjustable coilovers to gain another inch or two up front!
