good AT tires for snow?

Maybe you can help me with this. I was thinking about getting the DMZ3's last winter but didn't. They have quite a few sizes available in 18's last fall/winter. I just looked the other day and there is only like one size listed now, whats the deal with that. I want to keep my winter tires at least 32" tall so 275/65 or 265/70 or bigger.

Also, as far as load ratings, how do winter tires fair. If i need to tow or haul something heavy while my winter tires are on, will I be ok?

These issues are what is leading me towards getting an AT for my winter tires.
