Cool

According to www.Dictionary.com, no, "A" is not a word. However, we here in the LARGEST state in the US already knew that...

I'll second that note about gas prices.
It is 1.85 for premium unlead here.

My 99 S/C ORP F150 cost me $21,000 with taxes and license. Had 25,000 miles on it when I bought it. Also has 5.4L, Class 3 towing and CD player. I thought I didn't do to bad for it.
Oh ya Gas just shot up to $1.90 for 87 octane in Southern Ill. this gas thing has to stop soon. But I know it won't for a while.

Do the gas pumps in IL. have a decal on the side to give you a break down of what goes into the price of a gallon? I am thinking the difference involves transportation fees to get it there.

Howdy!

I live in TX so I'm a redneck who rides horses for money. LOL. I also ride cowgirls (not for money) but that's another story..

Have a rough, tough day.

------------------
My ride:

Basics:
- '99 XLT F-150

Under hood and back:
- Ram air (Don't ask me how )
- AiRaid intake
- Flowmaster DF 50 Series
- 24x3.5" Stainless steel slashed tips (Yes! Solid polished SS, no cheesy chrome-plated)
...

Outside:
- Precision polished billet grille and plate holders
- American Racing 17x8s polished Pythons (Flushed front AND back)
- Goodyear.. something tires (Expensive is all I know. LOL. No Firestone firecrackers for me either)
- Rhino liner
- Ford nerf bars
- Ford bed rails
...

Inside:
- My girlfriend!
...

Fun stuff:
- Dual sirens Black Widow alarm system/keyless entry (Enough decibels to go deaf in a garage )
- Custom driving lights (Just a cool blue)
- 2 High-Watt lights behind grille (For people who cut me off )
- Dual horns (For people who, again, cut me off)
- Dual wheel locks (So I won't be driving home on bricks!)
- Spare wheel lock (So I won't have to use a brick as a spare )
...

Best of all:
- Texas A&M University aTm front plate! Gig'em Aggies!!

Dude, no your not going to find 'article' in the definition of a word, nor do you find noun, pronoun, verb, adjective, etc or any other part of speech that you learn in English class. But if you would have actually read the definition by Merriam-Webster you would have seen that an 'article' is defined as a word. Do you remember geometry, kind of like a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not necessarily a square. An 'article' is a word, but a word doesn't have to be an article, thus it's not defined as such. And also if you actually read the definition you gave for a word. 'A' is covered quite nicely. It is a "a sound...that symbolizes and communicates a meaning" and "consist of a single morpheme".
The last part simply being it can't be broken into a smaller part and still have meaning. Do you want to argue that 'an' and 'the' aren't words either. How about 'I', it's only one letter also.

2001 Sport, sorry to keep filling your thread with such nonsense. I had a $2000 trade in from an old Ramcharger and bought used. Bought my '97 two years ago for 13,700.

my truck cost 17 thousand ...what kinda trucks are yall getting for 30 grand ...damn i guess they are a lot nicer than mine...but 13 thousand dollars nicer is a bunch....i would recommend saving up and then paying for it in full ....much cheaper than other methods and then you dont have to worry about payments..

First, Gas must is cheap in Texas... it is $2.46 a Gallon for Premium in Chicago. I put $10,000 down on my $32,000 truck and my payments are around $560 a month. I got the 1.9% interest plan, but my stupid *** is still making double payments just because I hate having a car payment. I paid my $20,000 Ranger off in 18 months when I was 18! Now I am 21 and the proud payment maker of my F-150. I actually went and looked at a F-250 PSD last night... I am getting sick of these gas prices, diesel is only $1.50 a gallon compared to $2.00 for regular. Plus I'll get better gas milage. What do you all think?

MisterP-
My god man, that outrageous! 2.46/gallon?!
Just some helpful info, now. While Diesel is still a 1.50 per gallon, the cost of maintenance is EXTREMELY high on the powerstroke. I have seen oil and filter service as much 130 bucks. Of course that included new fuel filter and an air filter. But hey, it's your money...Do what you want.
