Does a 2001 Ford F150 have a Coolant bleeder valve and if so were? It's a 4.6L I'm getting ready to radiator it just started overheating.

If you're talking about a radiator drain, my 97 has one on the passenger side.

No I'm talking about a way to keep air from getting in cooling system and if it does a way to bleed it.

If air is getting into a normally operating cooling system, that usually means it has a head gasket leak.

I'm going to remove radiator and replace it. Is there a bleeder valve?

It doesn't need one. With our trucks, the top of the radiator is higher than the top of the engine coolant passages and the air will come out without having a vent on the engine. Cars may be a different situation. My Mark VIII had a high vent and my Magnum Hemi has an engine vent.

Truck was overheating I removed thermostat for a few days and it still overheated. I replaced radiator and upper and lower hoses and added new coolant so far so good.
