Talking 5.4 Triton Timing Chains backwards

OK. I screwed up. Put the 2 colored links on the crank, the 1 colored on the cams. I was @ TDC #1. All marks lined up perfect. So.....

Does it really matter that they're backwards? Any help would be appreciated!

Thanx guys.

I really didn't want to rip it apart again. It turns over smooth.

in theory they should be back on the way they were, they've been pulled one direction their whole life, and now they're going the other direction.

Thanx for the reply. The chains are brand new. I just got in a bit of a hurry. Lined everything up to TDC #1. Bolted it all back together. Well, not everything yet.
