Just use the "Windows Snipping Tool". Where's that at..(?) - I keep it "Quick Launch" But you can find it in ~Start/Accessories/Windows Snipping Tool .
Easy and about the fastest way..

I can do it faster on a MAC with Capture tho lol

But yea, Snipping tool, you should have it.

Always wondered what that was....

Do you save them to a site then post them here or is there a short cut I am missing that allows me to snip and post it here. There must be a trick?

I ran windows xp for 10 years, till the old dog gave up on me. This windows 7 is a bit new to me

I snip it and save it to my desktop, label it right off the bat. If you don't label it, that will catch up to you later. You'll have a mess and not be able to find a damn thing, - not with any speed anyway. I learned that the hard way after I already had about 500 pics / most were not labled, sucked lol. Anyway, after you label it, - this site uploads it with the same label, so you only have to do it once , know what I mean ..(?) And the Snipping Tool pretty much makes you label it anyway.

I'm not a windows 7 fan yet. XP and Vista, hell I just got use to Vista and like it now.

With A mac, you can use "Automator" and write your program to save upload in the background. No stupid confirmations, unless you want to write them in. You have to control what you want to capture of course, but after the snip you can hit one key once your set up and familiar.
That said, I'm still using Windows more that a MAC for Internet crap. Still to many sites out there that really don't get along w apples/Safari/ AND Firefox/MAC. Those Unix underpinnings aren't very friendly...

Enough of that lol.

Anyway, You can edit w/or snip as well w/snipping tool. Like arrows/circles and such , add in some text maybe. OR right click and open with ~ The Microsoft Paint Program and do a little more with it.

Or just use IrfanView, -if your familliar.

glc got me hooked on IrfanView way back when, - it's still free, - plenty of power.

Yea, Rock doesn't have the XL3Z-9461-AA. I know there's been I revision, - I've seen XL3Z-9461-AB. I believe the "AA" is the original part. I know it it's been revised once. That's why I'd hit up the dealer for that part, at least finfd out what's up with it. Maybe there is a cross, - but I'm nor seeing any references, - not one. Just a single revision.

When I can't find what I'm looking for online for a part #9461. Somethings up with it, call the dealership/Ford for the correct updated info . In fact Id go into the dealership, because the parts guy might just look up the F150 , unless you know him. Yea, you just don't know most of the time, so be adamant about it. It's not a F150 and some things are different between the two (Referring to the Expy/Nav vs the F150 line).

Let us know what you find out. Hell, I might stop in there. Ah crap, Mothers Day Weekend, almost slippedt my mind...Crap, I need to go get mom a card. Coffee..

Good Luck

BTW- This list of gasket numbers isn't for your Expy. Disregard it, I probably shouldn't of posted it. I just realized that might confuse you a bit not knowing what I was doing. I just pulled a list of parts numbers looking for info about 9461. Like a cross. There isn't any, unless the 9J447 is it, but there's know mention of it.

I will disreguard that list. Plenty to read, but to sum it up, go to the dealer. Tasca is on here, do they log on a lot? Maybe they'd shed some light into this?

I noticed my EGR valve seal looked and felt to be metal. I'll take a photo. But it def wasn't a typical gasket.

It should be a soft metal like compound.

I'm catching on. Thanks for the quick run down. Definitely a lot faster process than I am used to doing. I used to have to hit print screen, then paste it in paint, crop what I needed to and save to a desktop folder. Then open a photo hosting site (photobucket, tinypic etc..) and upload it, then use the image tag to post it.

Wow! That's a ton of work to post a pic the way you want lol.

Here's another shortcut I use using the paint program. I do this quite a bit when I have re-size a monster photo. Nothing particular, this just knocks it down so it uploads happily to this site.

Open the photo in paint/resize/50tab50/save as/replace..

Then this site will take finish resizing as it's uploading, - when you upload to.

If the photo is to big, this site will reject it.

Alright, spoke with Tasca on the phone. I'll 1st say, 3 days of waiting for calls back gets annoying. They should really work on returning phone calls or emails quicker.

Now that that's out of the way... Tasca/Ford does not sell a kit, only 1 by 1.
Here's the OEM numbers and price.

EGR Gasket: FGTz-9D476-DA $11.88 each
TB Gasket: F65z9E936BA $13.92
Air Intake L & R: YL9439BA $25.46 each
IAC Gasket: E8329F67oA $2.73
Connector Gasket: F65z9L437A $9.18 each

Googling I couldn't find any parts from those numbers. Should I just go ahead and order them or attempt to hunt online? What do you all think? The EGR is a special order and I need to drive up there to pay then drive back to pick up, kinda PITA since they don't take CCs over the phone.

Ordered and got the gaskets in. Got the air intake back in and rebolted down. Started with the time-sert. I'll tell yea, the video makes it look like it's 4 whole turns and you're done. But nope lol just turning and turning not freely either. But it's getting there.

I'm using the wd-40 and it's catching most of the aluminum but I noticed a tiny bit went down the hole. Any tips to get that out? I tried the small hose on the end of the vacuum and that didn't do the trick. Some grease on the end maybe?

Well this project has been delayed due to family in town and no time sadly. I put the air intake back on, but would like to take it all back off to get the alum shavings out easier.
