Motor is pretty much assembled. I had taken it to ford to get timed and they said the cam journals were too big the cam wouldn't turn. So now I dropped the engine off at the machine shop to get the issue dealt with.

Turns out ford had the cam caps on wrong, the machine shop got that dealt with. They also insist on new valve springs, and say we got the wrong timing gears??? The machine shop is also going to time it so we do not have to bring it back to ford.
