Checkin out the 5.4sss
These are the cams I am looking at.

These are the heads

The only intakes and elbows I can find are for mustang 5.4 swaps. Most of them are made for high RPM flow so I am not sure how beneficial a complete upper intake would be if at all. Maybe just doing a little work on the stock one would prove enough, and maybe a bigger/better throttle body? I am working on getting an inlet duct made for the procharger so I know that should help a bit.
Im hoping to hit some pretty decent numbers with whichever set-up I go with. I'm almost positive that the block itself will be the weak point though, either that or the trans. It will be rebuilt as well with the intention of keeping up with this engine, but well see how that goes.

as far the trick flow heads, get the 38cc heads since you aren't going for 25+ psi, I'd lean towards a custom grind cam, and talk to Darrin about a converter but I'd like a 2400 stall would be godo for your truck unless you plan on doing a ton of mudding with it
also the trick flow intake manifold with the riechard adapter plates is the route I'm planning on going with my procharged motor BUT the HPS is a good alternative there's a thread where a guy just made a new throttle body elbow and made it a direct bolt in for the trucks

Okay, so I could just call trick flow up and they would know what I meant if I ask for that as far as the intake? Isnt that a 4.6 intake anyhow? I saw the thread with the throttle body you are talking about when I was running through the search earlier. That would be nice to do, but I wouldn't know the first thing about it honestly. Im no fabricator, but I can turn a good wrench
. I want to start buying the parts now, but I don't think I will be able to really get it put together and in the truck until spring break because school just started again.
