What gauges do you have in your truck?

I ordered a vacuum gauge today and I want to get a second gauge to fill a two gauge a-pillar mount or a third gauge for a three gauge a-pillar mount. What kinda gauges do you have in your trucks? I'm maybe thinking of an air-fuel ratio gauge just for fun, cool looks and the dancing lights I guess. Show pictures if you want too please

I've got the Auto Meter C2 gauges (Boost and Trans Temp).

Subscribing.
I have a 2 gauge pod to someday put in my truck when I get gauges. I'm going to get a trans temp for sure but haven't decided on the second gauge yet since I use my Gryphon for several gauges right now.

Both of those look very nice. Would a trans temp gauge benefit or even work in a standard like mine?

It would work in your truck fine as far as I know. I tow a trailer for my business a lot and sometimes for long periods of time. Also I will have some fun with the occasional street racing pulls or track pulls. If you don't do either of those or anything that puts a toll on the tranny then there really are no benefits.

No benefit to installing a tranny temp gauge in a manual. It may be neat, but you'll never have a heat problem. Don't even know of anyone ever doing it.

Ok, Thank you whiteroush3 and Galaxy. What are your thoughts about oil temp, ammeter or air-fuel ratio? Thats what I have left on my possible choices i think. Can any of you think of any other gauge worth having, most of my driving is just highway now, not much towing/hauling.

An ammeter is useless unless you have some specific circuit whose current needs constant monitoring. Oil temp is virtually the same as coolant temp, so it would be redundant.

Ammeters monitor the charging system, not one specific circuit.

Ohhhh, not even close my friend, not even close! I know you made this comment because others on here have made this comment, but it is far from correct.

lightningx54, if you don't do any tow/hauling, then an oil temp gauge is no more important than any other neat gauge as your oil temp will never be a factor. Usually when towing it's not a factor but it can be, just depends on what you're doing. Oil temp is also not easy to mount your probe...it requires some type of modification.

Yeah, i knew that was wrong about the ammeter.. thats easy to connect. I still don't know what my second gauge will be then. I'll have any empty hole for now
