That could be the crank or cam sensors... I think that the injectors won't get a signal if the motor doesn't think it's turning over...

Need more info, - what led to this? What is the rail pressure? Have the injectors been purged ? The PCM has the ability to shut the rail down, but there's usually an easy explanation.

Also, fill your info in. You not giving us squat to go on. We aren't mind readers, what are you working on ?

car will turn over but not start
checked fuel pump-its fine
replaced fuel pump relay
replaced pcm
starters fine, batteries fine
my buddy did the diagnostic work with his tools and fuel pressure is fine, the fuel injectors are not pulsing like they should
he sent a charge to one of the injectors and it has the ability to start up with power going to it
not sure if theres a separate relay for injectors but that could be a possibility

You woke up one day and it just wouldn't start, -so you replaced all that stuff ? Doesn't make sense. I'm not going to keep guessing, good luck.

You aren't going to get good help if you keep opening new threads - this is the 4th one. Brew doesn't have a CLUE what the background is, and he has better things to do than chase down the other 3 threads.

I had a similar issue in my 5.4 , u either need to purge and clean the injectors as stated above, or replace them like i did and u should be good to go, mine took me a while to figure out as well, but engine sat too long and gummed up the orifices!
Good luck!

Right, I wouldn't answer any one of his fricken questions without knowing what led up to this. It's probably something very simple, but if he can't help us to help him, - screw it... He's going to keep asking questions that have nothing to do with it until he finally clues everyone in on HOW all this started.

BTW- It must be one hell of secret what really happened here lol.

Not that I care, it's just ridicules, -among other things. It's not worth the effort glc .
