Won't Start
To hell with putting additives. Get rid of whatever gas you can. For all you know, your gettin 40psi of 90% water. Gas these days don't last long. And theres a good chance your injectors are clogged or atleast need cleaned.
2 months during the winter that my bike sits... Have to go through the whole carb and clean out all the gel build up. Now I drain the tank and run the bike dry before putting it away.

Yea, that's a little to long. 30 days on fuel is the general rule, but after two weeks it starts to loose itself.
Use WD40 and hose down the rear vent on top of the tank. Work that WD40 into the hose connect and tank/vent grommet.
The vent will pull right out easy, but work the WD40 into the seal first or you will break the vent.
Siphon residual fuel out of the rear vent hole. I do this all the time if I need gas for the lawnmower or snow-thrower, - cause I'm to damn lazy to go to the gas station.
Refill with which-ever petrol is required for the tune you have loaded.
BTW-You might want to pick up another fuel filter, but if you have a fresh one on there currently, don't replace until you have run some good fuel thru.
Injectors: - Also, the injectors may be clogged with that yellow varnish. Never use old fuel.. Still, -it should start, but I'm not positive. Don't get me wrong, -I am positive the fuel is bad, I just wouldn't think that ALL the injectors are compromised ..... - They might be ? ~ Well, straiten the fuel situation out first, -if it still don't fire, thro your original injectors in there to test. That engine will run with 19's . Even with a lightning tune. Install those as a last resort to confirm an injector problem only.
