Then it plugs into your AC accumulator.

Yea, that's right,- Brown cover = Accumulator. That's back by the firewall / passenger side.

Yea, that might be, but usually most remote start wiring is done under the dash. Sounds and looks like he rigged it. I guess from here, I would check the starting circuit. There's some communication that takes place before the PCM gives the okay to start.

Here's something different on the lightning harness -

Have you noticed any gauge sweeping or "PAT's" light flashing. She won't fire with the theft light flashing.

Ignition System

The ignition system consists of the:

crankshaft position sensor (CKP sensor) (6C315)
camshaft position sensor (CMP sensor) (6B288)
spark plug
The ignition system is:

a coil on plug (COP) ignition system controlled by an electronic engine control (EEC) integrated into the powertrain control module.
set for base timing at 10 degrees before top dead center (BTDC) and is not adjustable.

I would have to know what all those other wires in your pics are tied to. You don't say. Those aren't Ford wires so I have no way of tracing. You have to follow to splice, then post color and stripe.

the red wire connects to the red and yellow stripe on the harness...the green goes to nothing it is cut off and the blue runs to the drivers side and was connected to the rear harness...is there any chance a relay could be bad or something just a thought

Yea, that red yellow is a hot wire = hot all the time most likely, that's not holding things up as far as "Crank no start" . The others, yea- without knowing/seeing the splice , factory color, your guess is good as mine.

Did you compare harnesses to see if anything is different ?

Is she getting spark? If so, she should fire with a little gas. Have you tried to knock it down to just a fuel problem?

Also, you can't continually crank the engine for more than 4 seconds at a time. The PCM shuts the injectors down when you hit 5 seconds. Just keep that in mind and I don't know how long the reset is on that once you do.

Think the gas is bad?
How long did your truck sit during the swap.

I would think it would still run, just like crap.
