Does anyone know what possible things could make the plugs black on the pass side only? They are black after 15 min at idle.

Well, what kid of black ?

Fuel fouled spark plugs, Black fluffy carbon deposits indicate an overly rich fuel mixture or possibly a weak spark. Check for such things as leaky injectors, low coil output, fuel pressure. You have checked all these things already right ? I know it's been mentioned.

Oil fouled spark plug Heavy black deposits with an oily appearance. These are the result of oil entering in the combustion chamber, probably past worn valve guides, guide seals or rings. Switching to a hotter plug may help prolong plug life somewhat, but no spark plug will survive long under such conditions. The only permanent cure to this condition is to fix the oil consumption problem.

If their wet, the cylinders not firing 100%.

Carbon black no sign of oil or fuel. I did notice that these last set of plugs were all black (pass side only) and then a hint of white around that tip of the plug.

Does anyone have a tune for a lightning swap tune that I could try to see if its a tune issue? I dont want to run it but I would like to start it up with another tune to see if it fixes it then I know to work with Justin some more on the tune. Just trying to narrow it down.

Thanks for your help Jbrew!
