Just a note: i didn't go with comp. I went with Ford racing Cam's

Ok, got them in!
Fairly simple to put in (well, if you have some mechanical skills), just take your time, pay attention. (need wedge and i walked the cam down)
Worst part... Getting the dam valve covers out, holy crap...driver side tight...passenger side even tighter!!!

I changed the phasers while everthing was apart too (yes you can run stock phasers). I intalled dynatech headers at same time.

I'm still waiting for tune from dyno joe, i called frpp and they said you can start it and it won't hurt anything.

So, i started it. OH YEAH! that sounds awsome!

How do i get up a sound clip?

If you have a digital camera with movie mode just take a movie and upload it to youtube or another free site...

 

waiting for the video , thos cams sound just SICK!!!

Also was going to ask...I assume you bought the set that doesnt require new valve springs or any cam phazer mods? If so, are they the Stage 1s or Stage 2s?
