I've been dropped tooooo many times as a child. Pictures please. What is cut and what is not? What do you want to use and what do you have?

oh and 1800? *snicker*
think of how me and joey feel... youve only just begun!

haha oh i know. Because now i have a 5.4, i want boost. Well for the engine and tranny was $1200 all together, than the cai 250, headers 300, 300 in antifreeze trani fluid power steering fluid and amsoil 10w30, since the starter is such a pain i just said screw it, that was $125, new Prior power brake booster $130, new a/c condensor, gatorbelt UD pulleys, efan kit (pending) new ball joints tie rods a arms stabalizer bar links, all new u joints, Kennetic slotted rotors and ceramic pads, new vaccuum lines and hoses, gaskets, its up around $2600 now as of today since i ordered most of the stuff about 3 hours ago lol and i still have more plans, like 20 inch black corba r's on some beafy tred, then a buddy is going to do some small cut and patch body work as a side job for cheap, than its off to get painted! And im looking at a rollpan, cowl hood and a new tailgate to get painted aswell...ahh!! i really do hear you...It just goes on and on BUT i am hopefully going to be happy with the outcome, i have already gotten my moneys worth out of the old 4.6. I got it at 250,000 for $1700 bucks and now its 313,000.

what i want to make work, but they are cut

what i have.

I'd love to incorporate the oil cooler, but I know thats an EXPENSIVE hose from FORD. I might just put in PVC tubing, slide hoses together, than clamp them. . .

That what I thought the problem was. So cut the plastic clamps that hold the degas bottle hose and the front section of rad hose to the middle section. Replace those hoses with some universal flexible hose from a parts store. If that doesn't suit you cut your radiator and degas bottle hose and splice them to the Navi hose assembly with something like this.

SO.... I cut off the cut hoses and splice on the exsisting hoses. . duh

Got my intake on today, ran plug wires. Just have to lay harness, alternator, belt, fluids, exhaust manifolds, cut off pre-cats, then fab up exhaust. . .

while getting the belt on , I looked at the diagram and realized that the 5.4 calls for the idler pulley that I took off early. I put that pulley on, tried to get the belt on but with the tensioner bottomed out, the belt would not reach. I took that same idler off, and put the belt on just fine. I then pushed th epulley against the belt with 0 pounds of pressure and th epulley slid right on the groove and I bolted it up . . . .WTF!?

Thats really wierd, is this a new belt or used belt from the 4.6 (should not matter at all) Do you have your ac and power steering attached lol? Not trying to be smart or anything, but everything is pinpoint the very VERY exact same as your 4.6, it should fit how your 4.6 fit.

What were the exact HP/TRQ numbers for the engine? I'm guessing its 235HP/335TRQ...
