Spark plugs and Oil??

105K with AC Delco plugs. I replaced with Motorcraft. I've owned it since 44K miles and this is the first plug job. They were not terrible but definately needed the chage. Air filter is K&N and hasn't been cleaned in a while. Another possible important thing to add, I don't drive the truck much anymore, only 3k since January this year.

those plugs have been changed once before. factory has motorcrafts. chevy uses acdelco. make sure the filter is clean. your crank case breather hose is after the air filter and once it gets clogged or dirty from oil dirt or a plastic bag in one case(dont ask ) it will try to get the air from the crank case pulling oil with it. just a simple check.

Thanks a lot for your info, I appreciate your help.
One other thing while I'm here. I just got a P1405 DPFE code and checked into it finding a collapsed lower hose. I just replaced the hose and the service light is still on. Should I also replace the DPFE sensor or wait and see if the service light goes out? Hose replacement was just today.

it may have at one point but it didnt when i took it out. it was faded so i guess its been there a while. but jiffy lube was the last one to change the oil according to the sticker. i do remember that. it was just the funniest thing because who would have thought that, as soon as they take out the filter, there would be a plastic bag on it
