Do you know what a 710 is ?

A few days ago I was having some work done at my local garage. A blonde came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten.
We all looked at each other and another customer asked, 'What is a seven-hundred-ten?'
She replied, 'You know, the little piece in the middle of the engine, I have lost it and need a new one..' She went on to say that she did not know exactly what it was, but this piece had always been there.
The mechanic gave her a piece of paper and a pen and asked her to draw what the piece looked like. She drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote 710. He then took her over to another car which had its hood up and asked 'Is there a 710 on this car?'
She pointed and said, 'Of course, its right there.'

I sent this joke to my daughter in law and aked he if it was her sister.(really hot looking and not very bright)
She said I was giving her sister too much credit by assuming she could open the hood.

I've had a few funny ones too. I was at a used car dealership checking out cars with a friend and overheard a guy, an apparent recent immigrant, asking the lot owner about the Pontiac "Goose" and he had no clue what the guy was talking about. He took him outside and lead him to the Pontiac "6000 SE"


I'm sure you guys have heard this one before, but after I heard it I say it all the time when referencing my truck because it's so funny. I heard of an old man referring to the Ford FISO pick-up truck.

I guess you can't blame them for all the boxy lettering these days. Really funny though.

 

glad you got a laugh. My daughter in law was being serious about her sister.
Her sister thought the paint on her recently repainted car was peeling. MAACO had eft a piece of tape on the wheel well molding and it started to peel.
