the ***** of some people, build you a POS transmission, refuse to rebuild it and get the truck running properly, or refund you, and file a rebuttal against your claim... i can only imagine how PISSED you are.

oh this is SO gonna be fun to trash their rebuttal... "We feel the customers electrical is the cause, the motor does not run correctly and there is wiring that has been done haphazardly"

i told the lady on the phone

1) Said wiring they are talking about is my electric fan wiring, which is no where near anything for my trans NOR does it have anything to do with the transmission, try again.

2) the first transmission was shifting properly, it just needed new clutch packs to shift again since the oem ones were consumed.

i have a really loud voice in the back of my head telling me to call rod and chew his ***.

But they wouldn't have a leg to stand on if was put in another known working truck and still didn't work.

I hope your claim goes thru without not much of a set back.

If you paid the builder w/credit card - ASFAIK, most CC co's and/or institutions that back them will go after the Merchant,- if you report a bad sale. They want to keep yuh.

You may have to explain why you waited so long to report. ~ I'm sure you can think of something

Don't let them p-own yuh.

it dont seem these guys are that interested and cant understand why...
i didnt really wait long to file the report? unless 3-4 weeks is a long time when trying to resolve the issue...

i just cant believe they want to pull this "we think the wiring is the problem because there is wiring installed in a unprofessional manner" when questioned the said wiring turns out to be for my e-fans.

The problem is , per the first line of his response, that the transmission that you brought them had a problem! You should have taken them a better one?? wtf I'm thinking baseball bat here.

Joey, yeah they're feeding a line of false statements and stetched truths. i tried to point these out... my pcm has never hung by its own wiring, false statement. unprofessional wiring, yeah, theres my e-fan setup that doesnt have a wire loom... oh boy?

blown f150, im over in benton city, next to the tri cities.

onelowf, i pointed out that my transmission worked excluding the fact the clutches wore out and needed replaced...
