The power required to make 15 lbs of boost with a turbo being less than a supercharger the turbo will always make more power than a supercharger at the same boost levels. By extrapolation a turbo can make the same power as a supercharger but at a lower level of boost.

HI!... From a efficiency standpoint they were totally wrong. The reason they went with the SC'er system is it is 10 times easier to install on the assembly line. It's compact. I know this due to I asked the engineer this exact question when I went for a tour through both the OAKVILLE F-150 assembly plant and the engine plant here in Windsor.

Theres a 2000 lightning engine for that price on car-part.com JMC w/86,000 . Absolutely no info on the motor except a company called B&B is selling it. You have to email them. That's it tho - all I could find..The companies website is pretty much a dead end as far as info as well.

Found an 01 -http://www.frenchsautoparts.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi

Again , no info - that sucks. They want a little over 1200 for that one - all I know.

Hey aren't you looking for a V10?
