I bought me a new project... 96' f350 7.3 diesel, new tranny. It was a long bed, cut 20" out of the frame and made it a short bed and cut a bunch of unneeded stuff out to lose weight. Its 2wd, It weights right at 1000lbs less than stock. I didnt do any body work, just sanded and painted, but this spring im going to repaint it and lose the mirrors, do something cool and do base/clear, this is just single stage black. New tires is the first thing on my list, these are just temporary until I can find what I want. Right now it just has exhaust, intake, and a 6 position chip.

Nice little truck. Don't change the looks, it's a perfect sleeper.

It should be alot faster then your truck if it hooks. There is a guy on another site for PSD that is running 11.80 and making 680rwhp on #2 only on a stock forged 7.3 with head studs and the motor has 300,000 miles on it.

the mirrors are coming off, its going to be a quick truck... Injectors, oil pump, and convert the turbo to ball bearing and it will outrun my truck easily
