Project GO FAST is now in progress!!!
Here are two sections that I thought might be helpful, if only as something to think about..........
Another area to help finer level fuel control is the load with failed MAF table which is a table used by eec when "guessing" what the engine needs for transient fuel (or situations where you go from little throttle to full throttle or other transient driving situations).
Once the egr is switched off it doesn't matter, right?....it just caught my eye.
....did you lower the EGR flow to zero below 3500? The lower EGR flow will help with idle and have a significant impact on low rpm bucking off idle.

Can you datalog TPS values vs RPM? If the TPS is fluctuation at WOT it could cause surge. I would also look at the inferred Barometric values. They should correspond to your area. Local Airport would be source of base numbers.

The min and max barros are usually set at 27 for a boosted app which effectively zeros them out so they will not learn over time and adjust fuel. The maf will take care of 99% of atmospheric changes.
I found something in my data logging, stft's are weird during surging. How do I put a copy of my screen on here? I can only save it as a word document and cant upload it here
You can post it here Joey ~ Open your Word Doc/Hit the "PrtScn" (print screen) key on your key board/Open the "Paint" Program/file/paste. Then "save as" to your desktop and upload from their.
It's converted to jpeg when you hit "PrtScn".

Is your LTFT about the same? STFT changes everytime your start the engine.
I know its not checked but is the MAF AD correct? Seems very high.

MAF counts are normally rising as I accelerate, I've NEVER seen my STFT's do this, And I have well over 200 data logs.

alright makes sense.
