2004+ Troyer 16in E Fan Set

I have a brand new set of Troyer E fans that I do not need if anyone wants them. I'll knock $100 off and sell them for $300. Is a complete unopened kit. I got a Rousch SC from Drew and no longer going to use them. Troyer has a 20% restocking fee so I thought I would let them go to a member here.

I seem to recall reading something about Troyer's kit and how they worked out a way to install it without going through the radiator. Is this true? This is the next mod I want to get but it's so hard to make a decision with so many different opinions. Another question, and I don't mean to hijack this thread, but is it better to get these mods done before you get a custom tune?

i used the mounting holes on the top and bottom lip of the radiator core. to mount my fans. u can make brackets out of some strips of aluminum attach them to the fans then attach the strips to the radiator using the proper mounting holes.
